1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the website at nationalbidnetwork.com, submitting inquiries, or utilizing any services provided by National Bid Network and its divisions (GovPurchase, DiversiGov, Capital Professionals, Envirevive, National Cloud), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, applicable laws, and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
2. Independent Commercial Entity & No Government Affiliation
National Bid Network is an independent, private commercial holding and management consulting company. National Bid Network, GovPurchase, and affiliated platforms are not government agencies and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the United States Federal Government, SAM.gov, the Department of Defense, or the Small Business Administration.
All government procurement awards and contracts are subject to official statutory evaluation criteria under the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and individual agency contracting officer determinations. National Bid Network does not guarantee contract awards.
3. Use of GovPurchase Data & Intelligence Tools
GovPurchase aggregate databases, pricing histories, contracting officer contact directories, and pre-solicitation market intelligence are provided for authorized commercial business development purposes. You agree not to:
- Scrape, reverse engineer, or systematically extract data using automated bots or headless crawlers without explicit written authorization.
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense proprietary database records to unauthorized third parties.
- Use contracting officer contact information for mass spam, deceptive commercial solicitations, or unlawful harassment.
4. Commercial Financing & Capital Services
Financing terms provided by Capital Professionals are subject to formal underwriting, verification of business bank statements, accounts receivable validation, and execution of definitive loan or merchant cash advance agreements. Any figures generated by the website Capital Calculator are estimates for planning purposes only and do not constitute a formal commitment to lend.
5. Intellectual Property
All website designs, trademarks, brand emblems, custom software interfaces, text, graphics, and interactive calculators are the exclusive intellectual property of National Bid Network and its licensors. All rights reserved under U.S. and international copyright laws.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal actions or proceedings shall be instituted exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Montgomery County, Maryland.
